Fitness works in mesa, Arizona is a fun and energetic gym. The trainers are hardcore, and the owner or (manager) always greets me with respect asking me how my training is going. I believe fitness works is one of the best fitness clubs in Arizona.
They have good workout classes here, they are called LesMills, and they work well I have lost 10lbs and counting, if you need to loose weight try this club they make you feel good about yourself.

Fitness Works Athletic Clubs, are my favorite destination for group classes, we exercise daily with their LES Mills classes. I personally like RPM and Water Zumba, but also use the floor machines, and they are well kept. My kids love the zones, and Kid Day Care.
