The Rewards Program is designed to help you get the most out of your membership, and most importantly, help you reach your fitness goals. It is our goal to help you in any way we can to ensure your long term success at Fitness Works.
The program involves a minimum of 22 visits to the club within a 3-month time frame from the time you join the Club. The individual visits are tracked via the Front Desk check-in, so you want to make sure you check in at the Front Desk.
To aid you in achieving your fitness goals we have outlined 22 objectives. These objectives must be completed in separate, individual visits consisting of the following:
A signature and date is required for each of these.
- General Manager
- Fitness Manager
- Group Fitness Manager
- Operations Manager (aka Front Desk Manager)
- Kidzone Manager
- Aqua Manager (The Dayspa Manager is substitute for the Aqua Manager and is only required at the Gilbert, Chandler, and Glendale locations only)
A signature and date is required for this.
- When you join, you automatically get two initial visits with a trainer. The trainer assessment is your first visit with your trainer in which they will assess your current condition so they can write a workout based on you specific goals and conditions.
A signature and date is required for each of these.
- This is also known as Trainer Orientation. This is the second initial visit you have with your trainer. It is where the trainer will show you your workout based on the information they gathered in the previous visit (the Assessment).
A signature and date is required for this.
- As a member each month you are not only entitled but encouraged to meet with a trainer for a reassessment each month. This is so they can track your progress and keep you pointed in the right direction. This a free service offered to all Fitness Works Members.
A stamp is required for each of the classes taken
- At Fitness Works there are eight different land formats of classes. Each format is distinctly different and unique. To achieve the rewards program, you must take five classes in at least two different class formats. For example, you could take five classes of Bodypump and five classes of Bodystep or you could elect to take five classes of RPM and five classes of Bodyattack to achieve the rewards program..
A stamp is required for each of the classes taken
- At Fitness Works there are several different aqua freestyle classes but only one formatted class. That is Aquadynamic. To achieve the rewards program, you must take two Aquadynamic classes..
Each objective listed on the attached card you received when you joined must be either initialed and dated, or stamped (for the group classes). Remember it is critically important that you check in at the Front Desk as this will be used in conjunction with the tracking card to ensure the 22 visits. After visiting the club 22 times, AND completing all the associated objectives, you will qualify for Reward Status.
